For private tours, we will pick you up from your location within the Kathmandu city area. For group/shared tours, pickup is from any hotel in the Thamel area. If your location is outside Thamel, you will need to meet at a nearby pickup point in Thamel. Please note that group pickups may involve short waits due to multiple stops. Your guide/driver will meet you at the scheduled departure time and final confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp, phone, or email on the day of the tour.
