Get dropped off at Ton Sai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don from where you can easily walk or grab a longtail boat to your hotel.

Pickup details

If you require a pickup service from your hotel, please book the corresponding option with the correct area where your hotel is located. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking.

If you stay outside the pickup zone or on a hill, please come to the meeting point at Chao Koh office at Rassada Port in the south of Phuket Town 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

  • The pickup minivan in Phuket has a limited number of seats and is only available from accommodations near the main road. If the pickup service is fully booked, or you're staying off the main road, you must make your own way to the meeting point.
