For guests booking cruise from Hanoi with transfer: Pick-up is available from hotels/stays within Hanoi Old Quarter area between 07:00 – 07:15 AM. Please be ready at the lobby from 07:00 AM. Guests staying outside the Old Quarter can meet at the pick-up point at Hanoi Opera House.

For guests booking tour from Halong without transfer: Please make your own way to La Casta Cruise at Tuan Chau Harbor and arrive before 10:00 AM to complete the check-in procedures before boarding. Late arrival may result in being denied boarding by the port authority or an additional fee.
