Pickup details

Note: it’s important to note that in Tulum we only have designated meeting points, and we do not offer pickup from hotels or Airbnbs.

Pickup Times:
- Playa del Carmen: 7:30–8:00 AM (1 hr)
- Tulum: 8:45 AM (15 min)
- CANCUN: only MONDAYS and FRIDAYS

- Parking: Super Aki or Chedraui
- Staff: Green shirts and caps
- Van: White or gray, no logo
