After exploring the temple complex, we'll take the funicular rail ride up Penang Hill. Located 830m above sea level, this was once a cool hill retreat during the colonial days. Now, it's a perfect spot for a panoramic view of Georgetown and the Straits of Malacca. On a clear day, you might even see Butterworth on the mainland.
