• Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight's confirmed arrival time.
• Please provide the correct arrival time and flight number at the time of booking. Our team will track the flight's status and can accommodate delays.
• If your flight is delayed or its arrival time moves up, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can check whether the transfer can be rescheduled.
• Changes cannot be made once the vehicle has already arrived at the airport and the waiting period has begun. After the 60-minute wait, the driver must leave the airport, and the booking will be treated as a NO SHOW, with no right to a refund, since the service was made available and the maximum waiting period was honored.
