The tour beginning at 9 a.m. is special because it focuses on witnessing the birth of Parmigiano—an unforgettable highlight for all attendees. Please note that tours at other times do not focus on witnessing the birth of Parmigiano, because it's made once a day in the morning. These tours still feature the visit to the farm and cheese production & aging facility, along with the tasting experience
Please note that buses only run three times a day (once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once in the evening). Therefore, we recommend arriving by car or taxi for convenience.
