Whether you're a seasoned artist or have never touched clay in your life, this relaxed, social evening at a local artist cooperative is your chance to make your own handmade souvenir — no gift shop required. You'll start with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine (or Prosecco), then get guided, one-on-one instruction in the fundamental techniques for shaping, smoothing, and styling your own pottery. All levels are welcome.

Time: 6:00–8:00pm
Format: Small-group, teacher-led pottery session with one-on-one guidance
Cost: $1250 pesos
Materials: all materials and firing included. 2 lbs of professional-grade clay and a selection of colorful glazes provided
Project: learning about pottery techniques you will create a set of bowls, or other ideas based on time and your experience
Drink: Complimentary glass of sparkling wine or Prosecco on arrival
Firing & pickup: Pieces are fired in the studio kiln after class and ready for pickup approximately 8 days later
