Overview
We present to you the romantic walled town of Füssen. Come with us to discover the High Castle, the former summer residence of the prince-bishops of Augsburg. Here you will learn about a treaty that ended imperial ambitions, and why this city is so perfect to see on foot, that even it’s name says so: Füssen, or “Feet”. Admire the Bavarian architecture, the sparkling turquoise river that runs through its center and the cobble-stoned alleyway that give the town an old-world charm, while it still offers all the services that you expect in modern times. Its unique ambience invites you to explore the medieval alleys and town wall, pastel-toned shop, baroque churches, and museums.
