Overview
Discover Burgundy's 4 Chablis AOCs on a custom planned tour with private driver. The terroir is similar to the Cote des Blancs in Champagne with chalky soil filled with oyster shells. The cool climate produces wines with more acidity & flavors less fruity than Chardonnay.
