Pickup details
We pick up from any point between Reims & Epernay. We will coordinate by email after the reservation is confirmed and will help you plan the best trains if coming from Paris. We can pick up from Paris (11-12hrs day) for a supplemental fee.

If you are late to any reserved visit, your appointment may be cancelled or reduced to respect the day's timing.
If you stay longer at your last scheduled visit you must ask your driver if they are free to wait. A supplemental charge in cash may apply.
