The Colosseum, or Flavian Amphitheatre, is the largest ancient amphitheater and a symbol of Imperial Rome. Built between 70 and 80 AD, it hosted gladiatorial contests, animal hunts, and executions, accommodating 50,000 to 80,000 spectators based on social rank. Made of travertine limestone, this four-story elliptical structure features a complex system of vaults and arches.

Kindly note that the line may be too long due to the metal detector, and the visit is from outside.
