For your child's ride, please use at your own risk.
The 2-story open top bus will all be assigned to the second floor. (There is no seat on the first floor)
We do not accept seat designation from customers.
If there are three or more participants, there may be front and rear seats.

To ensure a smooth and pleasant ride, we may change the driving route without prior notice in the event of accidents or heavy traffic. Therefore, please be advised that we cannot guarantee travel around specific landmarks or destinations within the itinerary.
Please note that the open-top bus service will only be suspended in the event of heavy rain. In light rain, the roof will remain open and will not be covered.
Drinks purchased at the Tokyo VIP Lounge, or any drinks with a secure lid, may be brought on board.
