Overview

This is a group tour in a Landcruiser Jeep with a pop up roof for nice viewing and photography.
Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of Maasai people.
This is the ONLY PRIVATE tour available in the market that is still a group safari but with Landcruiser 4WD JEEP

What to expect

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

    At 8 o'clock you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel and commence the drive to Maasai Mara. You will pass via the great rift valley view point where you will have a stop over of 10 -15 minutes to view the rift valley. Lunch will be at the camp in Maasai Mara. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a sunset evening game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve (4.00 to 6.00 p.m). Return back to the camp for buffet dinner ending with good time for resting (The tents have toilet, shower, bed, linen and mosquito nets. Electricity is provided from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the evening. Also from 6:00 am to 8:00 am in the morning).
    Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas.
Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve

    At around 7:00 am after breakfast, you will leave for a full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and the annual wildebeest’s migration which alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the seventh wonder of the world. At midday, You will have a picnic lunch in the park which is provided by us. You will visit the site of the yearly wildebeest migration and see the resident crocodiles and hippos sited at the banks of Mara river, Then continue with the game drive and explore the beauty of the mara reserve until evening
Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nairobi

    Pass by
    Early morning breakfast then check out for your drive back to Nairobi. Enjoy a brief stop at the Maasai Village for cultural encounter on your way- Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Masai people as you enroute out of Maasai Mara. Thereafter commence your drive to Nairobi. A simple complimentary lunch will be provided on the way in a traveler's motel. You will arrive in Nairobi by 3:00pm.
