For customers already staying in Halong Bay and wishing to join the 6-hour cruise, the meeting point is at Tuan Chau Wharf, Tuan Chau Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. The cruise will start at 12:00 PM and finish at 6:00 PM. Guests staying in hotels in the Old Quarter of Hanoi can enjoy free pick-up service.
