This course is designed for guests who seek cultural insight rather than physical training.
Guided by a kunoichi (female shinobi), this experience introduces the Japanese mind through traditional warrior culture.
It begins with changing into authentic shinobi–samurai attire, inviting you into the atmosphere of shinobi culture.
You will explore symbolic tools and clan heritage stories that lead into an Introduction to samurai history and the refined etiquettes for appreciating swords.
Then come visual demonstrations of the Earth–Water–Fire–Wind–Heaven principles, each followed by an explanation of how the movement expresses the clan’s approach to teamwork, balance, and awareness.
Participants are invited to try some of the techniques.
Earth: Namba walk for grounded stability
Water: Short sword flow for adaptability
Fire: Mindful shuriken throwing for focus and the flexibility essential for survival
Wind: Sleeve‑bow movement representing quiet, unseen efforts that support others without drawing attention
Heaven: Attuning to stillness to cultivate concentration, posture, and harmony between body and mind
A commemorative photo with a battle jacket concludes the experience.
