Overview
Eat your way from Marbella’s Moorish castle walls to the Mediterranean shore, with 9 tastings, local drinks and a guide who knows the town beyond the yachts and beach clubs. Start with churros dipped in thick hot chocolate, a Marbella classic, then wind through the whitewashed lanes of the Casco Antiguo for chilled salmorejo and a cold Victoria beer.
At a traditional old town tavern, settle in for carne con patatas, crispy tortillitas de camarones and a round of local tapas with Andalusian wine. Then head past the Dalí sculptures on Avenida del Mar to the beach for an espeto, sardines grilled on a skewer, with a glass of tinto de verano.
You’ll cool off with a scoop of crema de abuela ice cream, plus one more dish we won’t name until it’s in front of you!
