The tour begins with a visit to the Monastery of the Benedictines, followed by a sunset aperitif featuring horse meat and wine in the historic setting of Ursino Castle. You’ll stroll through the fish market, sampling typical Sicilian cheeses and cured meats, before arriving at Piazza Duomo, a stunning example of Sicilian Baroque and a UNESCO World Heritage site, to taste the famous arancino.
