This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. You will be welcomed by Anuradha and her daughter Nrithya into their beautiful home. While you sip on a welcome drink, Anuradha will give you an explanation of Mudaliar cuisine, customs and even the science behind some of her Mudaliar recipes and ingredients. You can expect a one-hour demonstration in which Anuradha will show you how to prepare 1-2 of the dishes you will be eating later. Please note that this is a cooking demonstration and not a hands-on cooking class. Anuradha has a wealth of knowledge on different ingredients and cooking techniques which she will share during the demonstration, before you sit down together to enjoy some of her delicious creations.
