Arrival Transfer (SJD Airport):
After clearing Immigration and retrieving your luggage, exit the terminal completely (proceed outdoors). Look for your EPIC Representative holding a sign at Umbrella #10.

Note: Please ignore the timeshare representatives inside the terminal exit hallway and walk directly outside to Umbrella #10.

Departure Transfer (Hotel to Airport):
Please be ready at your hotel lobby entrance 10 minutes prior to the pickup time listed on your transfer voucher (provided upon arrival).
