Fatehpur Sikri is one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture, a style that combines different elements from Indian, as Persian and Islamic architectural styles. It was built by Emperor Akbar. It comprises many fairy-tale palaces, such as the Panch Mahal and the Khas Mahal, built by Akbar; audience halls, such as the Diwan-i-Khas; and one very beautiful mosques. Its another World Heritage UNESCO site in Agra district.
You can arrive at the great Fatehpur Sikri at whatever time best suits you. It is open from sunrise to sunset every day. You can opt for pick up and drop off from Delhi / Agra by private car.
