For Small-Group and Private Tours, hotel pick-up may be available depending on your accommodation location and vehicle type.

You will receive your confirmed pick-up time and location the day before your tour via email, Viator's App or WhatsApp.

Private Tours with Minibus
For private groups travelling by minibus, pick-up locations are subject to Porto City Council regulations, which restrict access to certain areas of the city centre.

Please provide your hotel or accommodation address when booking. Our team will arrange the most convenient authorised pick-up location.

• Reschedulings with less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged a 30% fee (subject to availability);
• We do not recommend that you book or schedule different activities at the end of the tour. Although the tour may last 9/10 hours, the duration may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors.
• Please be aware that the activities which we visit, such as vineyards, restaurants, etc, are subject to 3rd party availability and other groups/participants may be with the your group during the experience.

• Please make sure that you have breakfast. Keep in mind that we probably will only stop at the first activity. We may not have time to make a pit stop before arriving to the first vineyard.
