The Vista Los Suenos Canyoning offers an exhilarating adventure that combines elements of hiking, technical rappelling, and swimming in the natural landscapes of Costa Rica.

The journey begins with professional guides that equip you with safety gear, including a helmet, harness, and specialized rappelling equipment. Prepare for a 15-minute tractor ride in the lush rainforests of Costa Rica. You will then take a 10 to 15-minute scenic hike through dense foliage. During this hike, you will find some steep areas as well as some steps. Upon arrival at the first decent, you will get all the safety instructions and start with our first rappel into the canyon, guided by experienced instructors who ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
