A maximum waiting time of 15 minutes is allowed in case of participant delays. After this time, staff may leave the meeting point and begin the tour. Participants not present will be considered NO SHOW and no refund will be due.

Pompeii tickets – ID requirement: It is mandatory for all participants to carry a valid photo ID on the day of the tour. The personal details provided at the time of booking (e.g. first and last name) must exactly match those on the ID, as Pompeii tickets are nominative and non-transferable. Local staff at the archaeological site are entitled to check IDs at the entrance. In case of discrepancies, spelling errors or missing information, they may refuse entry to one or more participants at their sole discretion. Discover Italy cannot be held responsible for any refusal of entry due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the participants, and no refund will be due in such cases.
