Door to door: we pick you up at Zurich Airport or any Zurich hotel or address, and drop you at your hotel in Interlaken (or the reverse). Enter your pickup address when booking and we confirm a pickup time to suit you.
Airport pickups: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign with the lead traveller's name, for up to 60 minutes free of charge from the time your flight actually lands. Flight delays are monitored, so a late flight costs you nothing. The 60 minutes does not stretch for long passport control, customs or baggage queues; waiting beyond 60 minutes is charged at up to EUR 50 per hour. Please message us if you are delayed inside the airport.
Hotel pickups: your driver meets you in the hotel lobby, helps with luggage and drives you directly to your destination.
