Pickup details

The round-trip transfer is included in your package from most hotels and accommodations in the Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, and Macao areas. For transfers from the Bayahibe - La Romana area, a mandatory supplement of US$ 10.00 each per person.

If you do not require a transfer to the park, we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the selected shift, so we can guarantee your participation in the activity. We have a parking area where you can park your vehicle.

The experience runs in any weather, as much of the adventure takes place in natural settings that are enjoyed even more with tropical rain. In case of extreme conditions, staff will make the necessary decisions to ensure everyone's safety.
