Corfu Private Day Tour

1. Paleokastritsa Beach
   2h
Following your convenient, in time pickup from Corfu cruise port or your accommodation in Corfu, start your full-day tour "Corfu in a day".

Begin your full-day tour by visiting Paleokastritsa; the famous shore, where the majestic Corfu mountains are surrounded by clear, blue waters. There are many things to do at Paleokastritsa beach; just let us know in advance if you would rather enjoy our suggested activities or spend your time swimming in the pristine seas. Take a stroll around the flower gardens of the 13th-century Byzantine Monastery of Virgin Mary, perched on a hilltop, and admire the views of the boundless Ionian Sea. Discover the "hidden" Blue Caves by taking a boat excursion; the experience will leave you awestruck. Prepare your camera so you can take great pictures of this thrilling water adventure.
2. Lakones
   1h
Hop back on your air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy the relaxing drive through the amazing Corfu countryside before you reach the summit of the mountains. There, you will find the charming and little village of Lakones, a traditional settlement with bewitching views all over Corfu. Above all, take advantage of gazing over the most breathtaking vista of the Ionian Sea whilst sipping a refreshing beverage at one of the local cafés.
3. Kanoni
   40m
Continue your private tour by making a stop at the famous “Kanoni” (which actually means “cannon” in Greek). There, grab the chance and gaze at the lavishly green “Mouse Island”, or else known as “Pontikonisi” in Greek, and if you stand lucky, you may watch aeroplanes landing or taking off literally a few metres away from you.
4. Corfu Town
   2h
Your final destination in Corfu Town will round off this incredible private tour since a visit to the historic center is a must for each visitor to Corfu. Take a stroll around Corfu Town's "kantounia" - the narrow paved streets, and stop at some of the city's most well-known attractions, like the Old Fortress, the Asian Art Museum (also called the Palace of Sts. George and Michael), and the Church of St. Spyridon, whose chapel is the highest point in Corfu Town. While enjoying the Corfiot sunlight, do not forget to stroll around "Spianada Square" and the "Durrells' Garden or Boschetto." Sampling the local cuisine will be the highlight of your day when it comes to its end. This 7-hour tour will definitely intersperse your cruise trip with all the best memories from Corfu.
