Sample richly spiced fava beans and chebchebsa, enjoy charcoal-grilled ribs cooked over open flames, and tear into soft injera topped with beyaynetu, a colourful selection of traditional vegetarian dishes. You’ll also try regional specialities like duba quanta, roasted qolo, and Ethiopia’s famous spiced raw beef.
