Overview
Discover sturgeon, a fascinating fish that has inhabited the waters of the Dordogne river since prehistoric times and provides us with a precious and rare delicacy : caviar.
During this private tour, you will learn about the different stages of sturgeon and trout farming as well as the manufacturing processes for derived products (caviar, smoked fish, etc.)
