Immerse yourself in the rich culinary heritage of Piedmont with a hands-on cooking class in the Langhe, hosted in a charming countryside home near Alba. Set in the peaceful hills of Borgomale, this experience blends regional flavors, storytelling, and seasonal ingredients for an unforgettable food journey.
Begin with a warm aperitif welcome, then dive into preparing classic Piedmontese dishes inspired by local farming traditions. You’ll learn to roast peppers the traditional way, make fresh gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, and bake a moist hazelnut cake, paired with homemade zabaione.
As you cook, your host will share family stories, local secrets, and seasonal tips passed down through generations. Afterward, gather at the table to enjoy the fruits of your labor, complete with a glass of typical Langhe wine and relaxed, family-style hospitality.
Whether you’re a food lover, culture seeker, or curious traveler, this cooking class offers a genuine taste of rural Italy, authentic cuisine, and heartfelt tradition in one of the country’s most beloved wine regions.
