Overview

Hello I'm Francisco, I'm Mexican of French Mixteco Origen from my Mom. My Dad was white European so I'm a Mestizo. As a kid I spent Summer Holidays in those towns known as Pueblos Magicos. I'm a proud Mixteco who at early age developed the passion for The Traditional Mexican Cuisine (Only Cuisine UNESCO awards as an Intangible World Heritage due to The Diversify Ancestry Civilizations). It's A UNIQUE CULTURAL -4 Hour Experience & allows guests have plenty time to fully savor all dishes-NO RUSH. Perfect for first time visitors to Playa del Carmen. Eat and drink at 8 different places, Small groups. Great opportunity to learn The Authentic Traditional Mexican Cuisine. Hear stories of Playa del Carmen & its quest to creating colorful identities filled with new customs & traditions. A different way to see PDC away from tourist crowds. You'll also get the opportunity to make new friends & share your interests and plans while enjoying My PDC Food Experience. COME HUNGRY, YOU WILL NEED IT!

Also, you will try Antojitos Mexicanos (small dishes) like Quesadillas, Tamales, Salbutes etc., fresh tropical juices, Aguas Frescas, ice cream, crepes. We wrap up the evening stopping at an authentic chocolate location for a last chance of flavors; like desserts or a new favorite refreshing beverage. Chocolate flavors is a must here.
