Pick-up is available from any location in Hong Kong for maximum flexibility and convenience. This includes hotels, cruise terminals, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

Please indicate your preferred pick-up or drop-off points at checkout. If you experience any issues when entering your details, simply provide us with your confirmed pick-up and drop-off locations after booking, and we’ll arrange everything for you.

  • Extra time for the lunch stop beyond 1 or 2 hour will be charged at HKD 400 per hour. If you feel you may need more than 1 hour, please let us know in advance for better arrangements.
  • Please kindly provide a contact number with WhatsApp access for easier coordination. One day before the tour, we will create a WhatsApp group including you and the assigned driver, and share the vehicle and driver details to ensure smooth arrangement.
  • In case of bad weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), bookings within 24 hours can be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If you still choose to proceed on the same day, service availability will depend on road and safety conditions, and an additional fee may apply if service is provided.
  • Please note that smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle for all passengers.
