Cruise terminal pickup:
When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will be standing displaying a name board with your name at the specified pickup time. Pickup time needs to be confirmed Minimum 5 days prior to the travel date.
The ships generally will come into the port at 5.AM and the first passengers come off the ship around 6.AM. Please note that the cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship therefore if you wish to come off the ship by 8 AM, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8AM.
If you wish to change the pick-up time please let us know, We require a minimum of 24-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule.
