Day 1: Dar es salaam to Mikumi National Park

We pick you up from agreed point in Dar es salaam and depart to Mikumi National Park where you will arrive in the morning and check inn at the campsite. Hot lunch to be served from the camp. After lunch leave for afternoon until sunset game drive. Mikumi is home to Elephant, Lion, Wild dog, Zebras, Hyena, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Eland, Hartebeest, Crocodile, Lizard and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park.

Early morning sunrise game drive at Mikumi Park. This tour start very early while animals are still active and perfect sunlight for taking picture. Experience the morning life of African wildlife. Come back to the hotel for hot lunch and resting as it in the afternoon it becomes very hot. Evening leave for a Maasai (Boma) family visit near the park boundary. Picnic lunch in the bush then proceed exploring the area wonderful Sanje waterfall endemic Red Colobus Monkey and beautiful scenery Lunch to be served at the Sanje View point after that you will descend and meet the car, Start drive back to Dar es salaam where you will arrived late evening. We drop you off at the hotel of your choice, airport or home.
