This is a traditional Balinese irrigation system known as subak.    On the way back to hotel if time is permit we can visiting some art villages i.e Celuk village for fine silver jewelry or Batubulan village for Batik or Mas village for wood carving, but it depends on your own interest, totally no pressure.
