Enjoy a breathtaking ride on one of Southeast Asia’s longest and fastest gondola lifts — the Skyway Cable Car — as you ascend to the summit of Genting Highlands. Witness the stunning natural beauty of the rainforest and mountains unfold beneath you — it's like watching the forest from the sky. Your driver will provide you with a QR-coded return Skyway Cable Car ticket. Please ensure that each person uses one QR code to scan at the entrance for boarding. Keep your return QR code safe, as it will be needed for your ride back down. Alternative Terminal: In the rare event the Skyway is not operational, the Awana Genting Highland terminal will be used instead. Pickup & Drop-off Info: At the end of the tour, the driver will announce the pickup time and location for your return. Once the tour concludes, all guests will be picked up from the same designated point and dropped off at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Please note: The transfer will depart back to Kuala Lumpur at 16:00 sharp and will not accommodate late arrivals. For those who had missed the transfer, you will need to arrange your own transport back to Kuala Lumpur
  • For shared transfer early or late pick-up is possible (Pick-up time 8.30 AM - 9.30 AM)
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided after the tour has started, even in cases of weather or climate-related disruptions, emergencies, or any personal matters, as transportation and other services have already been booked. In any case where a refund is requested, full evidence must be provided by the guest to support their claim.
