As you exit your cruise terminal in Marseille, a Vexperio assistant holding a Vexperio sign will be there to welcome you and direct you to the coach parking area, where your professional English-speaking local guide and comfortable, air-conditioned coach will be waiting. Designed specifically for cruise passengers, the tour schedule is carefully coordinated with your ship’s arrival and departure.

This shore excursion has been carefully planned around your cruise schedule, with a generous return buffer to provide complete peace of mind. We understand that returning to your ship on time is essential, so you can relax knowing every detail has been designed specifically for cruise passengers.

Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

Meet your guide at the cruise port’s designated coach parking area, approximately a 5–20-minute walk each way from your ship, depending on where it docks and your walking pace. The coach parking area is easy to find, with a green line marking the way from your terminal.

For ships listed below, a Vexperio assistant will also welcome you at the cruise terminal exit with a Vexperio sign and give you directions to the coach. Passengers from other ships should go directly to the coach meeting point. Terminal assistance is provided for: Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Holland America Line, Carnival, Oceania Cruises.

We’ll send your meeting time, a map, and detailed directions before your tour.

If you are late and do not contact us, the bus will be unable to wait for you. In such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund.
The route of the tour and time spent in Aix-en-Provence is subject to the ship’s docking times, traffic, special events, and any other circumstances out of our control. Please note we will not be able to provide a refund if the touring time must be shortened because of any of the above
Vehicle access: Our coach cannot collect or drop off guests directly beside the ship due to port regulations. Guests walk to and from the coach parking area.
Walking time: The estimated 5–20-minute walk depends on your ship’s berth and your walking pace; slower walkers may need longer. A transfer between your ship and the coach meeting point is not provided.
Meeting time: The displayed start time may be adjusted to your ship’s schedule. Please check the final meeting instructions sent before your tour.
