Florence – Behind the Curtain is an immersive experience combining storytelling, technology and visuals; it is not a traditional documentary about Florence.
The experience lasts approximately 40 minutes.
The narration is delivered through individual headphones in the language selected at the time of booking.
Guests are strongly advised to arrive at the theatre at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Guests are required to respect the entry time shown on their ticket; late arrivals may have restricted access or may not be admitted.
The experience features a large LED wall and video mapping technology, transforming the space around the audience throughout the screening.
