Here, you'll explore and gain insights into the local Lao ingredients. You can even select your own ingredients for the dishes you'll be preparing. Upon returning to the restaurant, you'll receive instructions on crafting a variety of local dishes, enough to compose a full meal. Your culinary repertoire will encompass the art of making Lao spicy dipping sauces, Mok Pa, Lemongrass stuffed with chicken and herbs, Laap, and more. With the attentive guidance of your instructor and your personal recipe book, you'll craft these delectable creations. Not only will you have the opportunity to savor the dishes you've prepared, but you'll also receive a recipe book to take home, allowing you to continue concocting these delightful dishes on your own.
