If you will be at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it, right after baggage claim doors (please note you need to get out from baggage claim area) at NCC Limo Driver meeting point. Look out for your name!
Waiting time is max 1 hour, if you think you will need more please specify when you book the ride. If your flight has landed and everything is moving within the normal waiting time, no problem. But if you realize you’re delayed for any reason, the first thing you must do is contact your driver (who likely has already texted you) or the agency. It’s important to stay in touch so that, if possible, the driver can wait a bit longer. If you don’t communicate, the driver will assume you’re not coming and will have to leave, and the service will be considered completed and non-refundable.
