Pickup details

IMPORTANT:

If you selected 3 Zipline(With Transportation), please contact the provider at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip to confirm your pickup details.
Failure to inform us of your pickup location before the 24-hour deadline means you will not be picked up and your tour/activity is non-refundable.
Be early at least 5 - 10 minutes and meet your driver at your selected location from the designated list.
If you're running late, please give us a call immediately.

  • All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
  • Check is 30 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
  • Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)
  • This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge. Transportation fee still applies for aged 6 and up regardless of participation.
  • All zipline participants with long hair must secure hair back with a hair tie or similar accessory. Please remove any dangling earrings.
  • No participant in the zipline is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) besides what is provided by Coral Crater
  • Zipline participants are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, and need to be of average mobility.
