• Please arrive at the designated pick-up location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• Please have electronic voucher/confirmation on your phone or printed voucher.
• Present your booking confirmation and valid photo ID to the tour staff.
• The local partner reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. No refunds are available in these cases.

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Please limit luggage to one (up to the size of a backpack) per guest.
• Destinations are subject to closure due to factors beyond our control; such as bad weather, road construction, etc.
• Since the tour can be delayed due to bad weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour.
• Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
• All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline
• Pets and Service Animals are not allowed.
• Alcohol and drugs (including marijuana) are not allowed
• No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
