Experience an authentic Finnish sauna near Rovaniemi with a relaxing visit to a traditional wood-fired sauna by a peaceful Arctic lake. After a comfortable transfer from the city, enjoy 1.5 to 2 hours of sauna time, warm up on the benches, and learn about Finland's beloved sauna tradition from your English-speaking guide.
During winter, you can take a refreshing dip in a specially maintained ice hole or cool off in the snow when conditions allow. In warmer months, enjoy a swim in the lake. Cold-water swimming is optional, so you can enjoy the sauna at your own pace.
This shared group experience welcomes up to 15 participants and takes place away from busy tourist areas. Towels, slippers, drinking water, hot tea, and round-trip transfers from selected pick-up points in Rovaniemi are included.
The complete experience takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. For evening visits during the darker months, you may also have a chance to see the Northern Lights, weather permitting. Please bring your swimsuit and suitable outdoor clothing.
