For Resort Guests:
Pickup will take place in the main lobby of your resort. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

For Cruise Ship Passengers:
Detailed pickup instructions will be sent to you via message on this platform prior to your tour date. Please check your messages for important directions.

Additional information

  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Service animals allowed
  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Children must be at least 3 ft in height and a minimum of 6 yrs
  • The dress code is smart casual, shorts suggested, and wear your swimsuit under your clothes. Bring a towel.
  • Please note we do not allow children to ride doubled up with parents. A child must be able to handle his/her own horse, which will be led by one of our guides.
  • Life jackets are required for children under the age of 16 years and non-swimmers (provided).
  • Weight must not exceed 230 pounds
  • Tour duration is travel time included
