Your friendly airport representative will meet you upon arrival at the end of the aerobridge & take you in an electric cart (subject to availability & location of boarding gate at Terminal 3 only) until immigration. Assistance will be provided in filling out the immigration form. A dedicated porter will then assist you with your luggage & will also transfer the luggage to the waiting vehicle that will take you to Agra.

The duration of transfer is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day, traffic conditions & pick-up location (It can vary from 3 to 5 hours)
If one or two persons are travelling, they can carry upto 03 suitcases & 02 carry-on bags in total. If more than two persons are travelling, then each traveler is allowed a maximum of 01 suitcase & 01 carry-on bag.
Over-sized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Child car booster seat (4 to 11 years / 15 to 36 kgs) is available at request for a nominal charge. Please request at the time of booking. If required, please advise at the time of the booking, so that it can be installed. Please note that the child seat cannot be installed in minivan that is used for transporting 5 to 8 persons.
The chauffeur will be carrying a mobile phone with him - in case required - you can speak with the transfer operating company's representative.
Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle
At Terminal 1, guests are received right after they get-off the coach that transfers them from the plane to the terminal
