After we have collected and dressed our guests with professional winter overalls and boots, your Aurora guide will drive you far away from Rovaniemi, straight out to the wilderness to start hunting for the Northern Lights.
If the forecasts and Aurora predictions are not promising around the Rovaniemi area, your guide may take you up to 350 kilometers away to get a better sky. This excursion is a 7-hour Aurora hunt, you will get the chance to visit several locations in the middle of wilderness. If the conditions are not favourable anywhere in Lapland, we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund for you.
This adventure will also offer you the unique opportunity to drive long distances through Lapland. Focusing on pure Northern Lights hunting, during the tour, we will provide you with hot drinks during short stops to keep your energy level sufficient. Your guide will be equipped with a camera.
Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, so unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we may not always be able to observe them. In such cases, you will receive full refund! The tour is considered successful when we are able to capture the Northern Lights on camera during the experience.
