Overtime charges: Saloon/MPV4 RM30 per car/hour; Van RM50 per car/hour.
Outskirts surcharge (hotels 30 km+ from city center): 1–3 pax RM15 per person/way; 4+ pax RM10 per person/way (payable directly to driver).
Only light snacks and beverages are allowed in the vehicle.
Additional surcharge for exceeding duration: RM50 per hour, RM100 per hour after 9:00 pm.

A Chinese New Year (CNY) surcharge of RM35 per person applies from 16 to 23 February 2026. This surcharge is not included in the ticket price and must be paid directly by the guest to the operator on-site.
