Your experience begins at One Breath of Yoga Ashram, a peaceful sanctuary nestled in the Mayan jungle of Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Here, you will step away from the pace of everyday life and enter a welcoming space dedicated to yoga, spiritual practice, nature, and community.
Each day offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through authentic Ashtanga Yoga, pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation. Surrounded by the sounds of the jungle, you will explore the connection between body, breath, and mind while enjoying the simplicity of ashram life.
Throughout the retreat, you will share nourishing plant-based vegan meals, spend time in nature, relax by the pools, and connect with a community of practitioners and spiritual seekers.
Depending on the retreat program, you may also participate in traditional Temazcal, a Mexican sweat lodge ritual, cacao ceremonies, music, chanting, and other guided ceremonial experiences.
There is also space for rest, reflection, and integration, allowing you to experience the ashram at your own pace.

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, walk straight through the arrivals hall without stopping at the timeshare or transport desks inside. Exit the building to the outdoor pickup area at the terminal shown on your flight details and take the exit "Friends & Family". Your driver, will be waiting outside. The car is a grey Kia Sportage.
