You’ll start with a warm welcome and a little taste of the story behind and the nostalgic fair treats that inspired us. Then, you’ll see how we prepare the signature caramel apples before creating one of your own.
With guidance from the team, you’ll dip your own Granny Smith apple in caramel and make it completely your own. Choose from an assortment of **10+ toppings**,to create your perfect caramel apple. From colorful sprinkles and crunchy toppings to sweet, nostalgic favorites, you can get as creative as you want.
Once your apple is finished, enjoy a fun fair-inspired activity and meet Andy Appleton, playful caramel apple mascot. You’ll have a chance to take photos with Andy and capture the DUMBO experience with the iconic Manhattan Bridge nearby.
At the end, your handmade caramel apple will be packaged for you to take home and enjoy.
This intimate experience is limited to just four guests per session, making it a personal and interactive way to experience one of Brooklyn’s sweetest traditions.
