Learn about silver clay, the tools, and basic techniques. Our instructor will show you how to handle the clay and create your ring.
**Step 2 – Shape Your Ring and Add a Stone**
Use 5g of silver clay to create your ring. Add a decorative stone or keep it simple. Our instructor will help you shape and adjust the size.
**Step 3 – Dry and Refine**
Dry the ring, then smooth and refine the surface, edges, and details.
**Step 4 – Torch-Fire the Silver Clay**
The ring will be heated with a gas torch under our instructor's supervision. The binder burns away, leaving solid silver.
**Step 5 – Polish and Finish**
After cooling, the ring will be cleaned and polished to bring out its natural shine.
